There definitely is something about increased blood flow, tight fists and a quickened pace when it comes to generating ideas! Now breathe . . . . .:)

Fair enough point. I think my main issue is that getting mad gets me focused on an issue with enough intensity that I start magnifying the problem areas with enough intensity that I can come to a conclusion. I think the downside is always that it is going to be harder to express yourself about those issues when you're "belting it out" rather than discussing it in a calm collected manner. I just think a lot of people discount anger out of hand as a bad device, particularly in HR and I wanted to make light of that.

RANT - could be one of the best words in a blogger's repertoire.

A gut reaction can be a lot of fun but it's important to make it clear that just because you're belting it out doesn't mean that you're doing so without thinking. That can get you in hot water quick :)

Let the anger burn brother! When people stop caring enough to try and fix problems or make things better ... they need to step aside so someone who does care can take their place and make things happen.

Thanks for the shout-out. I love the blog.
