The irony of it is, it IS serious. It lead to great costs and counter-productivity; often to no avail. Despite that fact, during the break-out Anita Hill scandal which caused corporations to scurry into poicy making the banter in my workplace was often- "What? I can't be sexually harrassed anymore? Darn, that was the best perk on this job."
