		<description>Thank you for the wonderful review of the book.  I can not emphasize that now is the time to re-engage employees.  I hope people and organizations take the tips, tools, and ideas I provided and really make the effort to use them.  Those that commit to engaging employees appropriately will outperform and outlast those that do not.
