		<description>thank you for saying the sensible thing.  my theory is that there is great fear out there of missing the social media boat, and in response, a bunch of &quot;experts&quot; have cropped up virtually overnight.   for me, to be an expert in SM is like saying you&#039;re an expert at using the phone.  it&#039;s just a tool, and the new media doesn&#039;t change the basic dynamics of dealing with people.</description>
