Great tools, thanks for sharing.  However, there are quite some video/audio interview that can also reduce the Time-to-hired greatly, hirevue(said to be #1?),&lt;a href=&quot;http://jobirn.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt; jobirn&lt;/a&gt;(free video interview) ect.  How do you think about video interview instead of voice interview?

However with increasing applications and the lack of man hours to appropriately dig through, this tool could have some effectiveness.  This is just another way of asking the pre-lim questions that people use on online job boards but via phone.  It screens out the people that should not have applied, offers some insight into their background but most importantly allows you to spend time with the people that you need to.</description>

We are always hiring and interviewing here and you are correct - the worst part is the initial phone screen. It is definitely a task that can be automated. Having a recorded interatction would be so much better. Not only because it would save time, it would also be nice to compare the recordings of a few candidates.</description>
