Since you’re probably not working today anyway, why don’t we take care of a couple of housekeeping issues?Â
To the right and down from this post, you’ll notice a blogroll. I haven’t updated it in over a year. If you have recently linked in to my posts or commented, you’re probably going to be included in my new and improved blogroll that will have its own dedicated page (yeah, seriously). I am also going to add new sites I’ve added in the last year that I started reading. I’ll be cutting down the number of sites on my blogroll that appear on every page.
If you want to make sure you get included, just drop a note on this post or to my email (lance AT yourhrguy DOT com). No guarantees on what the link will say or if I’ll even include it but it is worth a shot, right?

How funny. I was just thinking the same thing about my blogroll before I clicked over from your comment to grab my update from your site.
I’m toying around with starting an HR category on mine. My subject matter experise at work is in the leadership and management side of the staffing equation (so business owners and HR generalists), and I’m trying to figure out how (or whether) to share that insight with my audience on my own blog. What are your thoughts? I don’t want to get too broad, but then again, I get a little bored of too tight a niche for my own personal writing, since I have a very focused audience at work.
